Should you find a Roland Martin fishing rod to be defective, or be in need of replacement under warranty, please first read through the warranty terms below. If you feel your rod is covered, or if you would like us to make an evaluation for replacement, please follow these instructions for prompt warranty service:

 

Package the rod in a box or tube, so no further damage will happen during shipment.

Enclose your name, shipping address (we cannot ship to PO Boxes), and email address or telephone number and a check or money order for $14.95 for return freight. Sorry, but we do not accept credit cards at this time.

 

ProLine will evaluate your return, and advise you if the product is indeed defective, and eligible for warranty coverage. If your rod is covered, you will receive a brand new replacement immediately.

3 Year Limited Warranty

ProLine Fishing, Inc. herein referred to as "ProLine", warrants to the original retail purchaser that this rod will be free from non-conformities in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase from an authorized retailer. This Limited Three Year Warranty will be considered void if the rod is found to have been subjected to repairs not authorized by ProLine, or if it has been modified, neglected, improperly maintained, misused, abused, or the appearance of the product reveals damage by your failure to provide proper maintenance. Warranty claims must be conducted directly with ProLine, unless your retailer has an over-the-counter return program.
