Warranty


ProLine takes it's products seriously. If there ever should be a problem or defect with one of our products, you are entitled to a replacement if it is covered under warranty.

 

Prior to sending in your rod, please check the warranty terms and conditions below for specific coverages.

 

Some retailers do have over the counter replacement programs, as long as you made your original purchase there. Check with the retailer first, but if they are not a participating over-the-counter servicing retailer, you can follow the instructions below to return the rod to ProLine for evaluation.


ProLine Fishing, Inc. has established the following warranty policy and program for all products. ProLine Fishing, Inc. reserves the right to alter or modify the warranty program or coverage at it's sole discretion. Our website will always contain the most current warranty information.


Limited Lifetime +90 Warranty


ProLine Fishing, Inc. herein referred to as "ProLine", warrants to the original retail purchaser that this rod will be free from non-conformities in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the rod. This Limited Lifetime Warranty will be considered void if the rod is found to have been subjected to repairs not authorized by ProLine, or if it has been modified, neglected, improperly maintained, misused, abused, or the appearance of the product reveals damage by failure to provide proper maintenance and care. Warranty coverage does not cover rod breakage due to normal use, wear and tear, or incidental damage not due to a clear flaw in materials or workmanship. Warranty claims must include a proof of purchase, and be conducted directly with ProLine or a participating Warranty Exchange Retailer.

ProLine additionally warrants to the original retail purchaser that this rod will be free from non-conformitites in materials and workmanship, including incidental breakage, for up to 90 days after purchase. This unconditional warranty will be considered void if the rod is found to have been subjected to repairs not authorized by ProLine, or if it has been modified, neglected, improperly maintained, misused, abused, or the appearance of the product reveals damage by failure to provide proper maintenance and care. Warranty claims must include a proof of purchase, and be conducted directly with ProLine or a participating Warranty Exchange Retailer.

This warranty policy supercedes any previous warranty policy in effect or not, to provide coverage for any and all products manufactured by ProLine.


Standard Warranty Procedure:


Consumers are directed to return product to ProLine for evaluation, including their proof of purchase, and a check or money order for $25.00 for return freight and processing. Additionally, credit or debit cards may be used. Rods returned without proof of purchase will be subject to a warranty exchange fee. Freight is the responsibility of the consumer.

ProLine will handle the claim and replacement directly with the consumer and provide a replacement if so covered under warranty. Consumers may also return defective products to a participating Warranty Exchange Retailer, for an over-the-counter replacement. Product not covered under warranty will be returned to the consumer at their option and freight expense.


Warranty Exchange Fee:


Products returned for warranty without a proof of purchase will be subject the following exchange fee, in addition to the standard $25.00 return freight costs:

  • Roland Martin Signature Series: $15.00
  • ProLine Addiction Walleye: $30.00
  • ProLine Addiciton Stream: $30.00
  • ProLine Addiction Inshore: $30.00
  • ProLine Icepro: $5.00

    There are no warranty exchanges on discontinued prodcuts. Should a discontinued item still be covered under warranty, you will receive a credit voucher for the value of the warrantied item that you may use through our online store.
